What is Elovo?

Hello, that’s us! We’re a one-stop-shop that lets you send gift cards, coffee vouchers, hampers, wine, flowers, and many other treats and gifts directly to people’s homes – anywhere in the UK. We’re putting smiles on people’s faces, we’re raising spirits, and elevating company culture. We’re turning ‘gifting’ into ‘lifting’.

Elovo is ideal for anyone who wants to say thank you for a job well done, and of course, put a yay! in their day.

How do I start using Elovo?

Take a look at our lovely gifts here (we only picked the good ones!) and when you’re ready to get stuck in and send some gifts you will need to register for an account with us. You can start your registration here. Don’t worry, it’s quick, we also hate long forms! Simply fill in a few details about yourself and your organisation, pick a password, confirm your email address and away you go!

How do I see what gifts are available on Elovo?

You can check out our lovely range of gifts on our store homepage here, simply click on a gift to find out more about what’s included and what options are available for your recipient to choose from when they redeem their gift.

Is there any charge to use Elovo?

No! Woohoo! There are no set up or monthly costs to use Elovo – simply pay as you go for the gifts you want to send.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using a UK credit or debit card. No monopoly money please and thank you.

How can I contact you?

How do I send the gifts to my chosen recipients?

Great question! There are two ways to do this. When you’re placing your order you can either share the recipient’s email with us and we’ll send it directly to their inbox, or you can download the gift links and then share them however you fancy! You’ll see these two options when you’re checking out.

Help! I’ve forgotten my password!

Don’t worry! You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘I’ve forgotten my password’ link on the login page. You’ll be asked to enter your email address and then we’ll send you over a link to reset your password.

I haven’t received my activation email?

If you haven’t received your activation email please check your spam folder. If there is still no sign of it then head to your profile where you can and click on ’email verification’ to request a new one. Activation emails usually arrive in your inbox within a few minutes but they can take up to 10 minutes.

Why can’t I see the price of a gift?

Prices can only be viewed once you are logged in to Elovo. To log in or sign up please follow this link.

How do I know my data is safe with you?

No one likes their data being shared, especially us. You don’t need to worry but you can see our privacy policy for more information.

Do you send gifts outside of the UK?

No, our lovely gifts can only be sent within the UK at the moment.

How do recipients redeem their gifts?

Through a little link – don’t panic, it’s not as complicated as it sounds. Depending on the gift that you have chosen, the redemption steps are then a little bit different. We offer three types of gift – in-store, online and delivery.

For an in-store gift, when the recipient clicks on the link sent to them, they will be taken to a webpage that contains a code (usually a QR code). They can take that code into the store to redeem their gift. For example, if you have chosen to send them an in-store coffee they will have a QR code that they can use there and then to pay for their chosen coffee.

For an online gift, when the recipient clicks on their link they will be taken to a webpage that contains a code. From here they can visit the website and use the code to pay for their gift (a bit like when you use a gift card to pay for something online). This will usually involve visiting a website and using the code to pay for their gift. Let’s say you’ve picked to send them an online movie rental, they will have a code which they can use to purchase the movie of their choice.
For postal gifts, when the recipient clicks on their gifting link they will be taken to a webpage and asked to complete their delivery details. Depending on the gift they have chosen they will also be able to choose their gift preferences at this stage. Easy peasy.
